We don’t know what to love more with this sweet pink and black wedding – the bride’s Monique LHuillier gown, the bridemaids’ sassy party frocks or the beaming smiles of the bride and groom. We’re thinking there may be too many lovely details to pick just one! But looking back at Lindsey and Andrew’s day through Faith West’s stunning photos tells the story far better than we can.

Down to her pretty pink Jimmy Choo’s, Lindsey positively glowed with happiness and excitment all day long! As always, we were thrilled to be working in the glamorous ballroom at The Rittenhouse on historic Rittenhouse Square. The square provided the ideal location for “first look” photographs of the bride and groom, as well as candid and formal photographs of the bridal party and families.
The Smock Paper letterpressed wedding invitations provided by The Papery of Philadelphia were inspired by Lindsey and Andrew’s Bella Figura pink and black save the dates. From there, the couple’s wedding coordinator, Erin Proud of Proud to Plan, provided ceremony programs, menus, escort cards, place cards and plenty of adorable signage! Erin and her team were not only a pleasure to work with but clearly passionate about making the day as seamless and enjoyable as possible!
Pink, pink and more pink! Mother Nature gave us some gorgeous pink flowers to work with included pale blush pink hydrangea, nerine and sweetheart roses. Mixed with soft greens, vibrant candy pink tulips, pink delphinium, french stock, hyacinth and plenty of roses – well, our black vases never looked so good! All this luscious fresh pink was paired with classic black candelabra, chivaris, cut glass votives and compotes.
The Rittenhouse Hotel has one of the most talented pastry chefs in the city – Chefs Fred Ortega and Lisa Huang. This pastry duo is able to provide the simple, classic styling chosen by Lindsey and Andrew (below) or ornate and over-the-top novelty.
